Insurance

As from the signature of the pre-contract and until completion, Cap Sud offers you three essential guarantees:

A. Insurance against accidental death of the purchaser in an amount of 250,000 euros (two hundred and fifty thousand euros).

B.  Insurance against permanent total invalidity of the purchaser in an amount of 25,000 euros (twenty-five thousand euros).

C.  Insurance against fire under advantageous conditions. The purchaser signs freely in order to avoid any dispute in the event of under-insurance.

These guarantees come into force for any exclusive sale mission, in line with the general conditions and for any pre-contract signed by the intermediary of a Cap Sud office.
